Edamame is a delicious superfood that’s fun to eat, easy to prepare, and good for your health. It’s low in calories and a good source of protein without the saturated fat. Peggy Chung Collier, our Executive Chef and co-founder has created these easy to prepare and tasty entrees and salads using Imperial Gourmet™ Edamame. Peggy received her chefs training from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City. She has also worked as an editor for Cooks Illustrated Magazine and worked on the magazine’s show, America’s Test Kitchen.
